Como disse num post anterior, na semana passada comecei a tentar mudar um pouco o meu esquema de exercícios, metendo "uma mudança abaixo", para ver se acelero o raio da balança um pouquinho mais.
E com isto comecei a ir a algumas aulas em duplicado.
Na semana passada fui 2ª feira a uma aula de Pump com uma de GAP de seguida. Na quarta foi Jump seguida de Pump. No sábado foi Pump e 20 minutos de eliptica.
Hoje foi novamente Pump e GAP. Ontem deitei-me tarde, tive um dia de trabalho bem preenchido, passei uma do dia com stresses por causa da greve de comboios...
Apetecia-me tudo menos ir ao ginásio hoje. Mas o meu marido lá me incentivou a ir... e eis-me aqui, a tentar ler alguns dos vossos posts, abancada no sofá, sem energia para muito mais.
Estou a dar bastante, dentro dos meus horários e limitações do que o ginásio tem para me oferecer. Só espero que isto me dê um pouco mais de resultados. Por enquanto a motivação é mais que muita e a persistência continua com toda a força.
